I was working in synapseindia [synapse india] before some time, now i left the company, this is one of the worst company in my life, whenever i left a company it clears my all old balance, give me my full salary, relieving letter and best wishes, but this is a company who give the salary after the one month of joining of new company when you sent a mail from that company.. if you think then its very bad for an ex-employee who served a company more then 1.2.3…years, this company also ask you for these details when you are going to leave it:

1- Which company you are going to join?

2- If you open the name then it issue you a black list companies where you can not join [this list will always has the name of company that you are going to join, they keep on searching the web and add the names Of companies they find, so.. you cannot join anywhere INDIA ]

3-DO not give you relieving letter and experience letter at the time of leaving just give you a bona fide certificate [very high rule as much not still adopted by IBM, Microsoft etc companies ]
4- Synapseindia (Synapse India) will put you on hold more then 30 days with out reason [just watching how early your new company ask you  not to join, just a policy to play with the future of a employee who search this company more then years]

5- Open fake complaint against you.

6- When you are finally going to left this company then give him all the details like your home address, permanent address, phone number, your relatives address etc[like you are going to announced as TADIPAR]

7- Then you start calling and mailing synapseindia (synapse India) to release my salary, its totally depends on them that they will give you salary of one-two months or not.

So, before going to join this bad company read this and think 10 times, as now this is not employee satisfaction, even they will not allow you to take good breath after leaving the company.

Complaint against Synapse India Noida

Dear Sir,

I have been trapped into the malicious HR policy of the company Synapse India located in NOIDA.

They people called me for the interview for position of "Customer Account Executive". After selection procedure they provided me an offer letter.In the offer letter my salary was not mentioned.I asked them why this is so then they, said this is our company policy.Before the of joining they said you need to sign a bond of 2 lacs INR. Then I asked why this clause is not mentioned in the offer letter,they said we communicate this after selection procedure and interview verbally. I refused to accept the offer as i felt a lot more things are not transparent with this organization, like salary and the bond conditions. Now, they have sent me a letter, threatening me if I will not join the organization for the said position the management will take action as per law at my cost & risk.This organization is trying to harass me and forcing me to work otherwise they will take my carrier away.Please help and suggest me what to do and where to go.
